Ranging from advising on regulatory filling deadlines and meetings, scheduling and holding board meetings, filings with the Corporate Affair Commission (CAC).
Assisting companies with compliance under the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry Content Development Act, prepare/review of local content plan.
Drafting/review of workplace/company policies, review and assessment of wrongful termination and misconduct claims.
Representing clients in disputes, including arbitration and regulatory enforcement actions for non-court actions.
Advising on asset acquisitions, divestments, and financial transactions and drafting relevant documents.
Property transactions, lease agreements, land disputes.
Advising on local and international oil & gas regulations, licensing, permits, and corporate governance. Assisting with putting together a robust compliance structure and policy.
